Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies.
• Create personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions, specifically tailored to each client's situation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a professional environment.
• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to review progress, adapt strategies, and provide encouragement and accountability throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches—to address clients' diverse needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and any necessary updates to treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a wide demographic, consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing telehealth services, we can reach clients from different backgrounds and geographical locations, bridging the gap in access to mental health resources. Each therapist plays a crucial role in helping clients navigate their personal struggles while providing tools and techniques to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual channels.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation in a digital setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it enhances understanding of virtual care dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that resulted in improved client outcomes.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic software and digital tools is a plus, enabling efficient administration of services.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $80,000 to $104,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
