Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based frameworks to evaluate their needs and develop individual treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions based on specific diagnoses and client feedback, employing a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is handled with the highest level of professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds and require culturally sensitive approaches to care. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
