Val Ward Cadillac, a family-owned dealership with over 50 years of dedicated service, is seeking a professional and personable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be the welcoming face of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our daily operations.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and products
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence as needed

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email)
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

• Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per week, paid weekly
