Work Environment\n

This role provides an opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while working directly with patients. You will be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, primary care practitioners, and other mental health professionals, all dedicated to ensuring the best care for our patients. Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services for individuals experiencing a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to gain a complete understanding of their individual needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and needs, ensuring cultural competence in your approach.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across various disciplines, ensuring a holistic and coordinated strategy for patient care.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, applying necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on responsive feedback and assessments.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to support their recovery processes.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, focusing on various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
