Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will play an essential part in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal concerns.
\n
• Cultivating a safe environment for clients to explore issues such as communication difficulties, family conflicts, and grief.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and techniques to ensure the highest standard of care.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care solutions.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will include but is not limited to areas such as:

• Substance use and alcohol abuse issues.
\n
• Addressing conflicts amongst family members and aiding in blended family situations.
\n
• Offering support for those navigating grief, loss, and medical issues.
\n
• Helping families adapt to separation and divorce, fostering effective communication amongst members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Healing Connections Therapy, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Furthermore, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
