Operations Coordinator

Front Office Coordinator We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively. Core Responsibilities Serve as primary front desk support during assigned hours Greet visitors, manage calls, and support student and staff needs Coordinate and execute event setup and breakdown (meetings, school events, PD, etc.) Maintain shared spaces to ensure readiness and organization Support logistics such as room scheduling, materials distribution, and internal communications Assist with attendance tracking and data entry as needed Provide general administrative and operational support to the FOM and DOO Ensure front office coverage and responsiveness throughout the day Qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor.
