Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, followed by the formulation and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide timely short-term counseling and crisis intervention services for patients facing an array of mental health challenges, ensuring a supportive and empathetic approach.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops, addressing pertinent mental health topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate closely with medical teams, community organizations, and support services to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives, playing an active role in promoting mental wellness and reducing stigma associated with mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree are preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with patients as well as effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based therapies and brief intervention techniques that can be effectively employed in a fast-paced counseling environment.

• The ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize responsibilities in alignment with organizational goals.
