Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via telehealth sessions to evaluate clients’ needs, leading to informed clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adapting interventions to align with each client's treatment goals.

• Engage clients experiencing acute crises with immediate therapeutic interventions, demonstrating the ability to assess risk and implement appropriate safety measures promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve assessing and treating clients from various backgrounds, including children, teens, and adults. This diverse clientele requires a nuanced understanding of cultural and individual differences in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist—LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW—in the state of Kansas.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic practices.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
