Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans that outline client-centered goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other allied health professionals, to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and implement safety planning as necessary.
