Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand and document each student's mental health status.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with students, their families, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with cultural considerations and individual educational goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT and DBT in individual, group, and familial therapy settings to support students of various age groups.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate care with educators and other healthcare staff when students experience acute psychosocial distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducational workshops for students and families, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including school psychologists, administrators, and school nurses, to facilitate comprehensive support for students and ensure cohesive care.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans through outcome evaluations and make necessary adjustments to enhance student success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience, education, and qualifications.
