Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to create a schedule that fits your personal and professional needs, with the expectation of maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 clients. Our supportive administrative team handles essential tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance audits, enabling you to concentrate fully on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients engaged in individual therapy sessions.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques to enhance mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including integrating client feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, making proactive adjustments to therapy approaches based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and staff supervision to ensure continuous professional development and quality care delivery.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to social work and mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a varied client base, primarily adults aged 18 and older, who may be facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychosocial issues. We are particularly focused on serving diverse and marginalized populations, creating an inclusive environment that respects and values different backgrounds, identities, and experiences. As an LCSW, you will have the opportunity to provide critical support to individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community and contribute positively to men's mental health initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.

• At least three years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling is required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with the issues facing the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as experience in addressing men's mental health.

• Previous experience providing psychotherapy to clients dealing with trauma or complex mental health issues.

• Knowledge of best practices in telehealth therapy and remote client engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
