Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Viva Wellness Center, your daily tasks will include:

• Directly engaging with assigned clients through individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that treatments are tailored to address symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conducting developmentally appropriate assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine the needs of clients and arranging for further evaluations when necessary.

• Creating, implementing, and reviewing integrated care plans that facilitate access to follow-up services, coordinate care among providers, and involve family members in treatment discussions.

• Providing crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating your ability to respond effectively in high-stress situations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participating as an active member of interdisciplinary teams, collaborating effectively to achieve shared treatment goals and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
