Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance while catering to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and strengths to inform individualized therapy plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to treat clients.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on their specific requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress and therapy sessions, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems when necessary to ensure compliance with all privacy regulations.

• Participate actively in regular supervision and peer consultations, fostering professional growth and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will empower clients to develop effective coping strategies, improve interpersonal relations, and enhance overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license to practice in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
