Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Providing individual and family psychotherapy to address emotional distress, coping strategies, and adjustment issues related to serious illness.

• Maintaining impeccable clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and physicians—to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to promote continuous improvement in practices and outcomes.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and effective coping mechanisms in the context of hospice care.

• Keeping abreast of advancements in mental health treatment and integrating relevant research findings into your clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload efficiently while adhering to ethical and professional guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with patients and families coping with terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our compensation package includes:
