Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate patient needs, using evidence-based assessment tools to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions focused on short-term therapy and crisis intervention, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions that address themes such as anxiety management, coping skills development, and resilience building.

Qualifications\n
