Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work exclusively with adult clients who have been rigorously screened to ensure that they are stable and have a low acuity level. This focus means you will be helping clients who are ready for therapy but may not require intensive mental health interventions. We match you with clients based on your areas of expertise and preferences, making for a more rewarding therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Texas, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing various therapeutic modalities and techniques.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to counseling.
\n
• Must be computer literate and comfortable using telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with a background in telehealth services or experience working with low-acuity patients will have an advantage. Additional experience in specific therapeutic areas may also be beneficial in better serving our client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
