Admin Assistant Receptionist

Job Description Job Description Employment Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Office Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support a dynamic recycling operations company in the Miami Gardens area. Now Hiring: Office Assistant / Operations Coordinator Miami Gardens, FL $ 16–$17 per hour Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM What You’ll Do As part of the operations team, you’ll play a vital role in both administrative and production coordination: Maintain organized files, records, and documentation Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and approvals Prepare supplier invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents Match invoices to payments and coordinate distribution Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Support leadership team (Operations, Commercial, and Administrative Managers) Manage petty cash and perform weekly reconciliations Monitor employee timekeeping for accuracy and compliance Accurately track and input weight scale data Step in to support warehouse operations when needed Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication Assist with reporting and administrative projects What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team player with the ability to work independently Why You’ll Love This Role Stable, full-time weekday schedule Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving operations environment Hands-on role with variety—no two days are the same Be part of a team that values efficiency, reliability, and teamwork
