Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Guaranteed base of $500,000 annually
• Productivity Bonus: Uncapped, $84 per wRVU
• Signing Bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 Year 1 & Year 2)

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care consultation and follow-up
• Perform procedures such as EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube, and central lines
• Manage ventilator protocols and other critical care interventions
• Collaborate with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams
• Document using Cerner EMR system

What You Need

• Ohio medical license and current Board Certification/Eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong procedural skills and critical care expertise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This outpatient clinic supports adult patients with a broad range of pulmonary conditions. Located adjacent to the ICU, the facility offers a collaborative environment with 24/7 hospitalist coverage. The provider will have opportunities for advanced pulmonary procedures and work within a highly regarded health system committed to quality patient care.
