Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Dates of Coverage: Full-time Schedule: Outpatient full-time clinic schedule (4 5 days per week) Call Coverage: No # of Providers Needed: 1 Patient Population: Adult % Outpatient vs Inpatient: Outpatient + procedures Average # of Patients Per Day: average 20 min follow ups, 40 min new Trauma Level Designation: 3
Hospital-based clinic located adjacent to the ICU 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage
Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including:
- Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
- Robotic bronchoscopy
- Thoracentesis
- Chest tube placement
- Central line placement
- Ventilator management
Flexible full-time schedule (4 5 days per week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
- Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
- Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
- Paid time off: 5 weeks
- Annual CME allowance: $5,000
- Relocation assistance: $10,000
- 403(b) retirement plan with a 4% employer match
