Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate the needs and concerns of children and adolescents with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on children and adolescents aged 5-18 years and their families. You will work closely with young individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and behavioral issues. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will play a vital role in improving the emotional and psychological well-being of the clients who seek our support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy to youth, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in establishing rapport with children, adolescents, and their families through a compassionate and empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
