Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment plans.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address specific client needs, goals, and challenges, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing upon a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless support system for clients.

• Provide consultation and educational support to clients' families, enabling them to actively participate in the therapeutic process and cultivate a supportive home environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of documentation.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology in New Jersey.
