Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges through intake interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and execute customized treatment plans focused on delivering effective therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and more.

• Monitor and document clients' progress through regular evaluations of therapy sessions, ensuring that goals are continually being met and adjusted as necessary.

• Provide individual therapy services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, with empathy and skill.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients as needed to ensure accessibility and continued care during challenging circumstances.

• Uphold ethical standards and maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients come from multiple cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, which requires a culturally competent approach to therapy that respects and understands their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
\n
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, capable of effectively managing multiple caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with diverse experiences, candidates with previous experience in a community health setting or private practice, particularly with a focus on trauma-informed care, are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools is a plus, as we value flexibility in how therapy is delivered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is highly competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
