HR Compliance Coordinator

HR Compliance is seeking a temporary full-time resource through December 2026 to support the communication and maintenance of policies and practices in compliance with Federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations applicable to Shutterfly companies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Monitor training and activity completion reports, identify employees with incomplete requirements and follow up with employees and their managers. Conduct Form I-9 audits and implement required corrections to ensure regulatory compliance. Complete Supplement B reverifications. Monitor and respond to email inquiries from employees and HR partners. Track background check statuses and provide regular updates to HR partners to expedite the onboarding process during peak hiring season. Administrative tasks to support the HR Compliance team, including filing and data entry. Other duties as assigned to support Shutterfly’s HR Compliance standard of work and initiatives. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field; or equivalent related experience preferred Experience 2-3 years Human Resources or HR Compliance experience preferred Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities) Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information Detail-oriented and proactive with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize work The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
