Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients from various backgrounds, adjusting therapeutic techniques to fit their unique needs.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in a timely manner to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Assist clients in scheduling ongoing appointments, actively managing an updated calendar to reflect their therapy plans.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights, best practices, and referrals, fostering an environment of continuous learning.

• Work efficiently with our established billing service, which handles claims and payment plans to allow you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clinic emphasizes collaboration with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that empower them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required, along with an active LCSW license that allows for independent practice.

• Available to work full-time with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
