Key Responsibilities Provide general support for assigned customer accounts Follow customer‑specific SOPs to ensure service quality and positive client experience Assist with tracking and tracing shipments Create and manage shipments in the TMS, including confirming addresses and scheduling appointments via phone or online portals Support daily operations to ensure shipment accuracy and integrity Work closely with Account Executives to meet specific account needs Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently Perform other related duties as assigned Work Experience and Background Requirements Logistics experienced preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage time Attention to detail and accuracy Strong decision‑making ability and judgment Sharing, positive and energetic team player Flexible thinker, solutions‑oriented Open, enthusiastic, full of energy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Benefits Competitive base salary Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K Paid vacation On‑site training #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Group Logistics Inc
