Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior plans.

• Timely completion of all required documentation to meet and exceed regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and consistency in care provision.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools, as defined by the clinical team, for accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Participating actively in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.

• Acting as a liaison with relevant state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to improve resource accessibility for clients.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders in the community to promote our mission and meet contractual standards.

• Building and nurturing relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Pursuing ongoing education and professional development by attending conferences, classes, and relevant meetings to stay current in your field.

• Advocating for and integrating the agency’s mission, values, and principles into your practice and interactions.

• Completing additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, further showcasing your flexibility and commitment to team success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor position will possess:
