Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new clients to understand their mental health needs and history.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that implement evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, complying with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
