Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain precise and secure client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources, championing their needs and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients coping with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
