Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who are experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Working with this demographic allows you to implement proactive strategies that promote skills development, resilience, and overall enhancement in their daily functioning and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid, independent license in one of the following areas:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong computer literacy skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and the number of hours worked. In addition to the salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
