The role is entirely remote, enabling you to provide care from your own home while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to set your schedule to ensure work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through one-on-one video chat sessions, evaluating their mental health needs and crafting personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a solution-focused approach to therapy that empowers clients to discuss their emotions and experiences, facilitating insight into their mental well-being.

• Serve as a dedicated client advocate, helping individuals set realistic and meaningful goals aligned with their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track treatment outcomes effectively.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and referrals when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily work with adults who present with a variety of low-acuity mental health issues. This population includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges, all of whom are seeking stable and constructive therapeutic support to enhance their daily functioning and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• An active and independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency with technology, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health records.
\n
• The ability to make professional evaluations and devise effective treatment strategies based on clinical expertise.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a diverse client population, particularly adults with varying mental health conditions.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and challenges, along with behaviors associated with online counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capability to build therapeutic alliances with clients swiftly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition to salary, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to enhance their benefits package, which includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
