Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical interactions accurately while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
