Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual and family dynamics impacting mental health and relationships.

• Engage clients in therapy by employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Document treatment progress and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitate support groups for families and couples to enhance understanding and communication.
\n
• Provide expert consultation for legal engagements as needed, including the formulation and delivery of clear, unbiased expert testimony.

• Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders to optimize care and address identified needs.

• Guide clients through grief, trauma, and other emotional challenges with empathy and professional knowledge.

• Monitor changes in clients’ circumstances and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will serve a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families. You will encounter situations that may require navigating complex emotional landscapes, understanding cultural nuances, and addressing varying levels of mental health literacy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical experience that meets state regulations.

• Strong proficiency in therapeutic modalities suitable for individuals, couples, and families.

• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills for a wide array of mental health and relational issues.

• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to specific client requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
