Dealership: Lithia and Driveway | Dealership Accountant II Location: Orchard Park Honda, Orchard Part NY Compensation Range: $21.65-31.23, with a typical starting range of $25.00-30.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. We're looking for an experienced dealership accountant who is eager to grow their career, partner with leadership and accounting management, and play a key role in driving dealership success. What You’ll Do Accurately process and record dealership transactions, including vehicle purchases, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and deal postings. Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections. Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, including FTC, rebates, product payables, and intercompany transactions. Support dealership operations through warranty processing, cancellations, refund checks, and customer referral payments. Maintain accurate schedules and records while contributing to overall accounting team success and business objectives.
