Collision Estimator

Overview Service Center Seattle - Aurora: Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform a range of duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Responsibilities Write and review collision estimates Conduct process reviews and monitor repair status Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork for delivery Finalize total loss administration when applicable Communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers Ensure compliance with safety rules, guidelines, and company standards Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred) Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Ability to perform physical activities (reach, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs) Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Understanding of repair processes and strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one Industry-competitive pay; paid weekly Paid vacation and holidays; accrual begins day one Paid skilled trainings and certifications (including I-CAR) Career growth opportunities; internal promotions Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
