Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Creating evidence-based treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals, regularly revising these plans based on ongoing evaluation.

• Delivering compassionate counseling services including one-on-one sessions, couple's therapy, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual cases.

Your work will encompass a wide range of mental health challenges presented by a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, mood and addiction disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
