Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to effectively manage your schedule to accommodate client needs. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as required. Flexibility is a key component as you work around clients' schedules and provide on-call support during urgent situations. This remote setup is essential in allowing you to assess and engage with clients in their own environments, thus facilitating more meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors to create personalized care plans.

• Provide counseling sessions that support seniors and their families through various life transitions, helping them cope with challenges and navigate the healthcare system.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and connecting them with needed community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
