Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. The clinic's goal is to empower these individuals to cultivate the skills necessary to improve their quality of life, addressing concerns such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related mental health fields.

• An active and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required; please note we do not accept interns or therapists under supervision.

• Ability to work independently, including managing schedules and client cases effectively.
\n
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful client interactions and documentation.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is preferred.

• Prior work in a community health setting or experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, counselors working full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to assist with medical expenses.
