Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health status, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and meet the unique needs of each patient while anticipating expected outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment records, reports, and clinical information in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their needs and desired outcomes, continually reassessing progress and adapting care strategies as necessary.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers, fostering strong, collaborative relationships within our healthcare network.

• Ensure the delivery of educational content and mentoring for interns, students, and other healthcare volunteers to nurture the next generation of social workers.

• Engage in peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration under the guidance of your clinical supervisor to promote team member development and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
