Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients through compassionate and informed interactions, focused on recovery-oriented approaches. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify a client's counseling needs and substance use diagnoses, employing DSM criteria to inform treatment plans.

• Preparing individualized treatment plans, highlighting substance abuse counseling strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional and psychological challenges associated with substance use and terminal diagnoses.

• Facilitating the client discharge and continuum of care plans, ensuring a seamless transition to appropriate levels of support.

• Documenting all counseling services and clinical interactions in client records to maintain compliance and support quality care.

• Maintaining an active caseload, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring a high standard of case management and utilization reviews.

• Collaborating with various referral sources, including legal entities, educational institutions, and employers to provide a comprehensive support network for clients.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; an LCSW licensure is required.
