Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children ages 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities, determining their needs and strengths.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), outlining tailored strategies for each child's development and learning.

• Monitor and document families' progress, ensuring that interventions are effective and meeting the children’s needs.

• Provide early intervention assistance through coaching and direct support to families in the child's natural environment.
\n
• Champion adherence to all federal and state regulations, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Develop nurturing relationships with children and families to foster a supportive and effective learning environment where goals can be achieved.

• Implement evidence-based practices according to the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework.

• Facilitate training and workshops aimed at empowering families with knowledge and strategies for their child's development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental challenges, guiding them and their families towards improved physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills during the most formative years of life. By engaging directly with children in their natural settings, you will help integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines, ensuring holistic development. You will also work with families to provide support and resources tailored to their unique situations, creating a nurturing network enhancing children's growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.
