Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide them towards their goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric care providers and fellow counselors to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient treatment.

• Utilize assessment tools and self-evaluative measures to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Participate in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to enhance treatment strategies and receive ongoing support.

• Document session notes and treatment plans efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve treating adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and suicidal ideation. We emphasize a culturally responsive approach, welcoming a diverse clientele and addressing their unique backgrounds and needs with sensitivity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult populations, particularly in high-risk mental health contexts.

• Proof of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist for at least one year.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
