Accounts Payable SpecialistResponsible for full cycle accounts payable.Position Responsibilities:Perform 3-way match invoice processReview invoices & employee expense reports for accuracy & obtain appropriate approvals prior to paymentCode, enter and post invoices into Syteline ERPPrepare weekly cheques & bank wire paymentsProcess online bank account transfers as requiredSupport interim & annual internal & external auditsProvide support with other duties including month end processes as assignedSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Proficient in ExcelStrong problem solving skills with attention to detailPosition Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalentCertification or diploma in a related field an assetExperience:2+ years of experience required in accounts payable with a multi-company, multi-currency environmentPrevious ERP systems, SOX or internal control experience a plusWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Office EnvironmentAbility to sit for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
