About the Role Piazza Talent is a large hit. In this role you will interface with CHROs, Talent/Recruiting directors, Chief D&I Officers, CTOs, and VP Product/Engineering to attract transformational emerging talent. You’ll lead all aspects of lead generation to drive growth, including strategy, tactics, execution, reporting and analysis. You will create and execute multi‑touch, multi‑channel marketing programs using inbound and outbound tactics and partner with the sales team to drive campaigns aligned with pipeline and target account priorities. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of lead generation, from strategy and tactics to execution, reporting, and analysis. Apply knowledge of enterprise buying cycles to understand the Piazza Talent buyer journey and optimize campaigns based on customer needs. Qualifications Great salesperson with a proven track record. Average performance will not suffice; you must be at the top of your game. Experience in B2B HRtech SaaS sales to employer HR/Talent/recruiting is a huge plus. Both a self‑starter and a team collaborator. You help teammates, make decisions, and get things done with a bias for action. You’ll balance working with marketing on leadgen and working independently using your network and contacts to prospect.
