Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, helping them to articulate their emotions and experiences while providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage self-reflection and insights into personal relationships, guiding clients towards greater understanding and resolution of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adult clients who have a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license from the following options: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms to effectively conduct telehealth sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
