Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a state-of-the-art billing service to manage claims accurately, ensuring timely resolution of client and insurance accounts receivable.

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions to a diverse client base across all age groups, tailoring interventions to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our electronic medical records (EMR) system designed to enhance clinical workflows.

• Schedule ongoing therapeutic appointments with clients, ensuring effective calendar management to optimize both client and therapist availability.

• Exhibit adaptability in working with a variety of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, while employing evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, couples facing relational challenges, and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. Our facility's focus on detox treatment positions you to engage with clients during pivotal moments of their recovery journey, enabling you to provide essential support and guidance for lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license is mandatory, enabling independent practice in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required, with a focus on continued professional growth and skills enhancement.

• Exemplary professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, and outstanding organizational skills are critical for this role.

• Availability to commit to full-time hours, with flexibility in scheduling, including a minimum of two evenings per week to accommodate diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
