Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A full and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong computer literacy to efficiently navigate our telehealth platform and tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services or those who have specialized training in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy will find themselves well-prepped for this role.
