Director of RecruitingOur client is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Recruiting to lead and oversee all recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across our multi-state property management portfolio.This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, reducing time-to-fill, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. The Director of Recruiting will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, and hiring managers to support the company's growth and staffing objectives.We are seeking a proactive leader who understands that successful recruiting is not simply posting jobs and reviewing resumes—it is building relationships, developing sourcing strategies, creating talent pipelines, and driving measurable hiring results.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Leadership & StrategyLead all recruiting efforts for property-level, maintenance, corporate, and leadership positionsDevelop and execute strategic recruiting plans aligned with company growth objectivesCreate and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority positionsOversee sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, industry networks, trade schools, and other recruiting channelsDevelop innovative approaches to attract passive candidatesMonitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, turnover, and candidate qualityPartner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning initiativesEvaluate recruiting vendors, agencies, advertising platforms, and recruiting technology to maximize ROIContinuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomesBuild and strengthen our client's employer brand and employment marketing strategyOperational Partnership & Workforce PlanningCollaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll, and leadership teams to ensure staffing needs are metSupport succession planning and internal talent development initiativesAssist with retention strategies by identifying hiring trends and turnover driversRecruiting Operations & ReportingOversee ATS and recruiting systems administrationEnsure accurate reporting and tracking of recruiting activityIdentify process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow efficienciesQualifications7+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience3+ years of leadership or management experience preferredProven success leading high-volume and multi-site recruiting effortsStrong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experienceExperience developing recruiting strategies and talent pipelinesDemonstrated success managing recruiting metrics and improving hiring outcomesExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience managing recruiting budgets, agencies, and vendor relationshipsATS/HRIS experience required (Paylocity preferred)Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhat We're Looking ForA strategic talent acquisition leader, not just a recruiterSomeone who can build systems, processes, and scalable recruiting programsStrong business acumen and partnership mindsetData-driven decision makerPassion for identifying and attracting top talentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentStrong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownershipCreative thinker who is constantly looking for new ways to find talentThe Director of Recruiting will play a critical role in shaping the future of the client by ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the talent necessary to support continued growth and operational excellence across the portfolio.
