Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to interact with patients through virtual platforms while also engaging in some in-office collaboration when necessary. Our outpatient office is designed to provide a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhances both patient and staff experiences. You will operate within a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some accommodations needed for patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' unique backgrounds and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a proven ability to provide culturally competent care.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy that is inclusive and respectful of diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a capability to maintain composure and provide effective support in challenging circumstances.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and create safe therapeutic environments.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
