This position offers a unique remote work setting that supports work-life balance while enabling you to connect with clients across various geographical locations, particularly in Salem, Oregon, and surrounding areas. While much of your work will be conducted from home, you will be connected with a supportive and collaborative outpatient office team, allowing for regular communication and teamwork regardless of physical location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services in various forms, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care integration for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to support their journey to wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
