Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students to identify emotional and behavioral concerns, resources, and strengths, which lay the groundwork for effective intervention strategies.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and interventions that are aligned with the educational goals of the students.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and school staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to student mental health and wellbeing.

• Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings, effectively communicating student progress and modifying plans based on feedback and assessment results.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation programs that address common adolescent challenges, including anxiety management or coping strategies for stress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed and conduct risk assessments to develop effective safety plans for students in distress.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards by documenting all interactions meticulously within client records and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
